Family C - Pantry
This is a case where storage space isn't the problem, just
a lack of systems.
The client moved in and put things where they fit as she unpacked
instead of where they necessarily worked. Four months later
and this client who loves to cook and entertain is taking
twice as long to do things in her kitchen because she has
to go too far between her pantry, spices, fridge, dishes and
food. She also needed access to an electrical room at the
back of the pantry that was completely blocked. The classic
thing that happens to many people is they half unpack and
then keep these boxes hanging around, occasionally digging
out a thing or two.
What this kitchen lacked was flow. The pantry had to get organized
and the dishes had to finish getting unpacked and relocated
in the kitchen cupboards so she could find things, cook and
clean up easily.

The Kitchen was a lot of rearranging. It was a big job of
making sure certain foods came OUT of the pantry for easy
preparation and create a flow so that when my client cooked,
she didn't have to shuffle around this big kitchen as much.
She needed more items within reach when preparing dinners.
